Provide the ability to set maximum limits on the system resources (CPU, memory, RAM, etc.) that an analysis running on Spotfire Server may consume. This will prevent individual analyses from consuming all available resources and making the server unusable.

The limits could be absolute or a percentage of the available system resources.

Limits could be specified for all analyses or target specific analyses or users.
