Spotfire Server - Make the upgradetool.bat keep previous service parameters

I would expect from an upgrade tool where an input on the previous installation folder is required, to copy over to the new Spotfire Server the settings from the previous installation.

This is especially relevant for the JvmMs and JvmMx settings, from the setenv.bat file, as these values are re-used in the service.bat file. The upgradetool.bat file could include the Spotfire Server service re-install, after values from the previous installation would have been fetched.

This would reduce the number of steps to be completed during an update process.

Upgrading from 10.3.9 LTS to 10.10.0 LTS was still requiring some extra operations to get the new Spotfire Server service running with the same JvmMs and JvmMx values.
