Mods trusted in Spotfire server should be trusted in Web players automatically

Mods trusted in Spotfire server should be trusted in Web players automatically. As of now Spotfire web client is checking the mods certificate though its trusted via adding Mods cert as trusted certificate in Spotfire server and trying to connect to OCSP server via internet to verify its root and chain certs. Allowing node manager server to connect to internet is not an easy solution which all organization would accept. And this will allow us to re-use the mods published in TIBCO community without any modifications.
